This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.396 of 2021 dated 11.09.2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in Crime No.396 of 2021 has been completed. The respondent police will able to file the final report within a period of four months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
