JUDGMENT
This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 21.10.2019 passed in A.S. No.12 of 2019 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet, confirming the judgment and decree dated 04.10.2017 passed in O.S. No.25 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif, Udumalpet.
2. With the consent of both the parties the matter was referred to the District Mediation Centre, Tiruppur, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly settlement was arrived at between the parties and a Mediation Report of the District Mediation Centre, Tiruppur, along with a Settlement Agreement dated 23.01.2026 entered into between the parties, duly signed by both the appellant and the respondents and their counsels, is filed and the same is recorded.
3. The scanned reproduction of the Settlement Agreement is hereunder:

3. The Second Appeal in S.A. No.201 of 2020 is disposed of in accordance with the settlement arrived at between the parties in the District Mediation Centre, Tiruppur. The settlement agreement shall form part of the decree in S.A.No.201 of 2020. No costs.
