1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition, with liberty to take recourse to an appropriate remedy, albeit, in accordance with law.

1.1. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect on the paper book.

2. We are informed by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already instituted a proceeding against her husband, Sathishbabu under the Domestic Violence Act. We are further informed that the said proceeding is numbered as M.C.No.1 of 2014, and, is pending adjudication before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Erode.

3. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
