ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the landlady in rent control proceedings. She seeks speedy disposal of R.C.O.P.No.24 of 2014. The said R.C.O.P. is filed on the ground of wilful default for non-payment of rent. The enquiry of the case commenced on 10.04.2015 and for crossexamination of P.W.1, it was posted on 24.08.2015 and it was completed on 01.10.2015. Thereafter, for the evidence of the respondent's side, it was posted on 07.10.2015, but till today, there seems to be no progress in the
case. Hence, the petitioner has moved this Court seeking speedy disposal of the R.C.O.P. Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, the learned District Munsif, Tiruvotriyur is directed to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.24 of 2014 on or before 30.04.2017. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
