The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 156 days in filing this criminal revision to set aside the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1881 of 2023 dated 15.05.2023 on the file of the Hon'ble Special Court under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors Act, Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
