O R D E R

This civil revision petition is directed as against the fair order and decretal order passed in IA.No.145 of 2012 in OS.No.71 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri dated 30.08.2012 thereby allowing the petition for amendment filed by the plaintiff.

It is seen that thereafter the amendments were carried out in the plaint and the suit was already decreed. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners also preferred appeal suit in AS.No.90 of 2010, which was dismissed by this Court. Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition for further adjudication.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
