The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 127(3), 115(2), 140(3), 309(4), 351(2) of BNS Act in Crime No.296 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/4

2. It is seen that, this Court on 12.08.2025 dismissed the petitioner's bail in Crl.O.P.No.22450 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: "5. This Court, after perusing the records, finds that it is an act for abduction for ransom and money has been extorted using force. Imposing condition of depositing money is not the right procedure for investigating a crime. This petitioner is absconding while three been arrested and part of the amount recovered. For recovery of the balance amount and to probe the matter in a proper manner, the petitioner is to be apprehended and subjected to interrogation. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed."

3. Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, considering the fact that earlier merits of the case was already considered and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier anticipatory bail petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 11.02.2026 kmm 2/4
