ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to execute the warrant dated 01.08.2022 in S.T.C.No.11 of 2021 on the file of the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate, XV Court of Small Causes Court (FAC), Chennai.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that S.T.C.No.11 of 1/4
2021 dated 01.08.2022 on the file of the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate, XV Court of Small Causes Court (FAC), Chennai is pending without any progress, though warrant was issued against the 2nd respondent, first respondent has not executed the warrant, necessitating the filing of the petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that suitable steps would be taken for execution of warrant against the 2nd respondent.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the first respondent to execute the warrant pending against the 2nd respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
