When the above Civil Revision Petition was earlier listed before this Court on 11.02.2020 for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. However, with a view to afford an opportunity to the petitioners, this matter was ordered to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

Today, when this matter taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Thus, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
