This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for an order of substituted service of notice on the second respondent in C.R.P(NPD)No.1263 of 2015

2. Having been satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take substituted service of notice on the second respondent in the aforesaid Civil Revision Petition, by way of effecting Paper Publication in one issue of the Tamil Daily Newspaper viz., "Makkal Kural", Nilgiris Edition, on or before 07.04.2022.

4. List the matter on 07.04.2022.
