Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandams calling for the records relating to the limited e-Tender Notice in Ma.A. 15. Na.Ka.No. B1/ 6433/2025 the file of the respondents with respect to 7 works quash the same and direct the respondents to issue fresh tender notice after following the procedure laid down under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act and Rules and add login Id of the petitioner viz., Smahadevan1989@gmail.com in all the works as in time to participate in the tender.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the limited E-Tender Notice on the file of the respondents with respect to 7 works and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue fresh tender notice after following the procedure laid down under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act and Rules and add login Id of the petitioner viz., Smahadevan1989@gmail.com in all the works as in time to participate in the tender.

2. The petitioner is a class-I Contractor. The respondents have called for tenders for 7 works. As per the tender notice, the bid has to be submitted on or before 04.02.2026 within 3.00 P.M. The tender so submitted would be opened by 3.30 .P.M. on that date. The petitioner states that he made several attempts to register his login i.d. to enable him to submit his tender. However, the respondents had not registered the same. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Considering the urgency in the matter, I called upon Mr.V.Elangovan to serve papers on Mr.E.C.Ramesh so as to enable him to get instructions. When I took up the matter, Mr.E.C.Ramesh reports that the login i.d. of the petitioner has been registered and the petitioner has also uploaded the documents in the website. The said statement has been accepted by Mr.S.Duraisamy. As the relief sought for by the petitioner has been granted, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
