O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 13.10.2021 on merits within a reasonable time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the third respondent who is the President of the fourth respondent removed the petitioners from the post of office bearers in Form VI and Form VII and produced the same before the Registrar of Companies and objecting the same, the petitioners made representation to the respondent, however, no order was passed.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned ACGSC appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Since this Court is not inclined to pass any adverse order as against the respondents 3 and 4, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 13.10.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and after providing opportunity to the private respondents, pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already passed.

5.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
