This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21469 of 2009 dated 18.03.2014.

subject matter of this contempt petition and notice has been ordered to the petitioner herein, who is the respondent therein.

In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate his right after the disposal of the writ appeal.
