This petition is filed to condone the delay of 180 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Vadivel, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Baskar, learned counsel for respondent 1 and Mr.P.Sankara Narayanan, learned counsel for respondent 4. Respondents 2 and 3 have already been set ex parte.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 180 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition stands ordered.
