ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "RAINBOW AYURVEDIC MASSAGE CENTRE" at No.92/419, Rajamannar Street, K.K.Nagar, Chennai - 600 078, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2023. 2.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is running a business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour in the name and style of "Rainbow Ayurvedic Massage Centre". He would further submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 10.02.2023 to the respondents seeking for the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" to run the said business and the same is not considered by the respondents. Hence, the petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police has received the representation of the petitioner and the same is pending for consideration. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police. 5.Considering the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2023 with regard to the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" and decide on the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
