This Sub Application has been filed to reopen the Contempt Petition No.2734 of 2018 filed in W.P.No.1253 of 2016.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner that the Writ Appeal filed by the respondent in W.A.No.905 of 2021 came to be dismissed on 20.09.2021.

3. In the light of the above submission, the Sub Application is ordered.
