In view of the Judgment of Division Bench of this Court reported in 2020 (1) CWC 417, [E.S.Sundara Mahalingam Vs. Special Tribunal for Co-operative Cases (District Judge) and Ors.], the Registry is directed to convert the Writ Petition as Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and post the matter before the concerned Court.
