Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the 6th respondent pertaining to the impugned suitability / panel report through the proceedings U.O. Note No.060214/680/G. 18/G. 181/2011, dated 20.07.2011 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondent Nos.4 to 6 to prepare new panel with due strength in view of Art. 16(4A) r/w 335 of the Constitution of India in order to provide proper and adequate number of promotional posts from Asst. Executive Engineer (Electrical) to Executive Engineer (Electrical) and direct the 7th and 8th respondents to monitor the same.
