The Registry was directed to ascertain whether the appeal in A.S.No.1 of 2007 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Ariyalur is still pending. Accordingly, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur had sent a communication in D.No.617 of 2019 dated 26.08.2019 stating that the above appeal in A.S.No.1 of 2007 was disposed of on 10.06.2015. Therefore, nothing survives in the present revision petition for further adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
