This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the second respondent herein to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 20.01.2019, 21.11.2019 and reminder dated 22.06.2021 and 08.12.2021 and finally on 02.02.2022, within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the entire materials available on record.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the present petition, directs the respondents to consider the final representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
