Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Implead the 4th Respondent herein as 4th respondent in the above Writ Petition in WP No. 6887 of 2017 and pass such further or other orders as this hon'ble court may deem fit(in WMP No.8846 of 2017 IN WP.6887/2017) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petitioners have filed the impleading application to implead the proposed respondent as the fourth respondent in the writ petition.

2. The respondents 1 to 3 have no objection in allowing the said application.

3. Hence, the petition is ordered as prayed for.
