.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the detenu Ramesh, son of Markandan. Aged 37 years, now illegal custody of the respondents herein, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the detenue is in illegal custody, the mother of the detenu - Ramesh, aged 37, Son of Markandan, has come up with this petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered by the Andhra Pradesh State Police in Cr.No.47 of 2019 on 15.02.2019 by the Inspector of Police, Mydukur. Thereafter, the detenu had been arrested and was remanded to judicial custody.

3.Recording the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
