Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the notification of 4th respondent dated 21.06.2010 made in G.O.Nilai No.312 of Revenue Department and a direction to quash the notification dated 21.06.2010, consequentially to forbear the respondents from any way interfering with the occupation of the families of the members
