COMMON ORDER The criminal complaints pending on the file of K.K.Nagar Police in Crime No.762 of 2019, Ashok Nagar Police Station in Crime No.262 of 2022 and Mambalam Police Station in Crime No. 674 of 2021 respectively have not been progressed and final report yet to be filed. Being aggrieved, the victims of the crime are before this Court seeking a direction to the police to complete the investigation and file the final report within the specific time.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, after getting instruction from the Investigating Officer, submitted that, since the accused persons been repeatedly filing the petitions before this Court, the investigation could not be completed and except one accused, the other two accused persons are absconding.

3. Therefore, there is no much headway in the investigation. However, now an undertaking is given to expedite the investigation and file the final report, within a period of two months from today. 4/6

4. With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
