Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the third respondent to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.02.2019 under CSR No.24 of 2019 dated 25.05.2019. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner under CSR No.24 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner on 19.01.2019 by the third respondent, C.S.R.No.24 of 2019 was issued and after preliminary enquiry was conducted, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 20.01.2019.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no intimation has been received by the petitioner with regard to the closure report of his complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The third respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
