Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned sale certificate registered on 16.02.2022 (Doc. No.767/2022 of SRO Vellakovil), quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to receive the actual due of Rs.69,20,022.61 less the amount deposited based on the actual statement of accounts to be provided by the 1st respondent by considering the petitioner's representations dated 03.01.2022, 11.01.2022 and 03.02.2022. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to press the pending application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.4849, 4850 and 4852 of 2022 are closed.
