ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents herein to forthwith consider and pass orders on the representations dated 07.08.2020 and 29.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner for issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner and his cosharer to an extent of 10,019 square feet (23 cents or 930.788 Square Meter) in S.No.785/2B of Kalapatti Village by rectifying the error in the Sub-division of S.No.785 of Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore District.

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 13.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the Tahsildar, second respondent herein. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 07.08.2020 and 29.12.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
