O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the land in comprised survey Nos.150/14 and 150/13 situated at No.2/84, Pillaiyar Kovil Street Avuirimedu Village Polambakkam Post Madurantakam Taluk, Chengalpattu District in a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. In respect of the property situated in S.No. survey Nos.150/14 and 150/13 situated at No.2/84, Pillaiyar Kovil Street Avuirimedu Village Polambakkam Post Madurantakam Taluk, Chengalpattu District , the petitioner has submitted an online application on 10.11.2022 to survey the land and he has paid the necessary fee also. In view of the same, the petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the said application and do the needful to complete the survey.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the said application of the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken to complete the survey by the Tahsildar / 1st respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 2 / 4

Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the 1st respondent / Tahsildar to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 10.11.2022 and do the needful to complete the survey of the petitioner's land within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
