The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order passed in I.A.No.679 of 2011 in O.S.No.54 of 2012, by the learned District Munsif, Tambaram.

2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
