ORDER
Mr.D.Gopal, learned Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 & R2 and is armed with sufficient instructions enabling a final disposal of the matter at this stage. In light of the order that is passed in the following paragraphs, no notice is thought necessary to R3 and R4 at this juncture.

2. The short prayer of the petitioner is for a disposal of her representation dated 27.01.2020 filed in terms of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. Learned Government Pleader circulates a order dated 23.12.2019 in Na.Ka.No.4232/2019, which in fact disposes the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, though adverse to her.
3. With the passing of the aforesaid order, nothing further survives in the writ petition. However, liberty is now granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order, as it is unclear as to whether this order has been served upon the petitioner.
4. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner for onward transmission to the petitioner to enable her to challenge the same, if she is so inclined. An appeal, if filed by the petitioner within twelve
(12) weeks from today shall be entertained by the appellate authority without reference to limitation but otherwise, in accordance with law and disposed expeditiously.
5. This writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
