ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Jurisdictional Tahsildar to receive the petitioner's application dated 02.02.2026 for issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate in respect of late Maheswari submitted physically and to process the application manually and issue the legal heirship certificate without insisting for Aadhar Card and Online Application within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Earlier, on 10.02.2026, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the legal heir certificate will be issued within a period of two weeks upon verification of the documents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed that the orders of this Court has been complied with and the Legal Heirship certificate has been issued to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
