The National Highways Authority seeks leave to appeal against an order dated 07.12.2024 in Arb.O.P.No.142 of 2008. The petitioner was not a party to the above mentioned proceedings. As the requisitioning body, the petitioner is likely to be prejudiced by the enhancement. Therefore, the petitioner is granted leave to appeal against the order.
