Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Mandamus to direct the respondents to extend the benefit of relaxation of 5% of marks to the petitioner in the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) -Supplementary Examination -2012(Paper II) held on 14.10.2012 as per G.O.Ms.No.25, School Education(TRB) Department, dated 06.02.2014 and consequently declare the petitioner qualified in the said Test(prayer in both Wps).
