No.26790 of 2017 has been duly complied with. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner joined duty on 28.09.2020. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 4.In view of the peculiar circumstances, it is made clear that the order cannot be cited as a precedent.
