The above application has been filed for rectifying the inadvertent error that has been crept in with reference to the description of the flat namely its Door Number, instead of No.G-229, the same has been referred as G-299 and therefore the said error has been carried over in the order. In schedule C of the Agreement of Project Promotion and Construction which is registered as document No. 3555 of 2016, the flat number has been described as G-299. Consequently, the order shall be modified to that extent. The application is ordered.

2. A revised order shall be issued to the learned counsel for the applicant.
