This Civil Revision Petition arises against the order and decretal order dated 22.12.2014 in I.A.No.12520 of 2014 in O.S.No.4650 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the IV Assistant Judge i/c of III Assistant Court, Chennai.

2. When the case was listed on 14.02.2022, there was no representation made on the side of the petitioner and this Court, passed an order directing the Registry to list the matter on 22.02.2022, under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Even today, i.e.22.02.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P (PD) Page No.2 of 4
