This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 19.05.2015 immediately and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been sent to higherups and even to the third respondent Police. It is the case of the petitioner that she is being threatened by real estate syndicate to sell the property to them. The petitioner is directed to give a complaint in person to the third respondent Police and on such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
