Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner as contemplated under paragraph 7 of Annexure 3 of GO MS 1580 dated 24.11.2008, to remove the continued criminal trespass by the 4th respondent in the premises belonging to the petitioner.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner as contemplated under paragraph 7 of Annexure 3 of G.O.MS 1580 dated 24.11.2008, to remove the continued criminal trespass by the 4th respondent in the premises belonging to the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the fourth respondent is none other than the tenant in the petitioner. There are civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. Thereby, the respondents cannot interfere in the dispute now pending between them. If the petitioner gets appropriate order from the Civil Court, action would be taken by the respondent police.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
