Crl.O.P.No.3798 of 2023 sp 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed and the case was also taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai in C.C.No.50 of 2021.

3.In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as not necessary.
