The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition is filed for directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners 1 to 5 dated 27.01.2010, 06.08.2012, 28.01.2010, 06.08.2012 and 28.01.2010 respectively in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel further submitted that the above representation is not considered by the respondent till date and hence direction may be given to the respondent to consider the same within the time frame fixed by this Court. In view of the submissions, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 27.01.2010, 06.08.2012, 28.01.2010, 06.08.2012 and 28.01.2010 respectively on merits in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is allowed with the above direction. 08.02.2024
