ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Fast Track Judge, Alandur to accept the surrender of the petitioner (A2) in C.C.No.348 of 2019 and consider his petition to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner on 01.02.2020.

2.The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court (Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Alandur) and file a petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such surrender and filing of the petition, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the said petition (either to allow or dismiss) on the same day, without any adjournment.
