This writ petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to implement the scheme of "Swachh Bharath Mission" and also to direct the respondents to provide necessary assistance to the petitioner to construct the house hold latrine at Pachiyamman Koil Street, Jamin Pallavaram Post, Chengalpattu District to achieve the goal of cleanliness.
