3. Mr.Bala & Daisy, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 9 in C.M.P.No.3435 of 2026 and for the first respondent in C.M.P.No.3403 of 2026. Mr.R.Neethiperumal, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the 10th respondent in C.M.P.No.3435 of 2026 and for the second respondent in C.M.P.No.3403 of 2026 and they have no serious objection in allowing these petitions.
