(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The delay is 555 days in filing W.A.SR.No.10805 of 2026. In paragraph 15 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, certain reasons have been stated. Even though administrative delay and the delay in getting legal opinion have been shown, since the delay is more than 500 days, i.e., 555 days, if the delay is condoned, certainly prejudice would be caused to the respondent / writ petitioner, therefore, we are inclined to allow this petition only on terms on payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) payable by the petitioners to the respondent through the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
