ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 417 of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2021, on the file of the 1st respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police submitted that current paper is pending for enquiry before the respondent police on 31.03.2021. Hence, the petitioners may be directed to appear for enquiry.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are directed to appear for enquiry on 31.03.2021 and the 1st respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the 1st respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry.
