PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of deployment to the petitioner school dated 27.1.2023 in Na.Ka.No.6715/A4/2022 in respect of Mrs.P.Kiruba, BT Assistant (Science) from St.Pauls Higher Secondary School, Vepery and Mrs.K.Seethalakshmi, BT Assistant (Tamil), Guntur Subbiah Girls Higher Secondary School, T.Nagar, on the file of the third respondent, quash the same and direct the respondents to comply with the norms issued by this Court in its order dated 31.3.2021 in W.A.(MD) No.76 of 2019 as applicable to the petitioner corporate minority school.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent dated 27.1.2023 deploying respondents 5 and 6 to the petitioner's school and for a consequential direction to respondents 1 to 4 to strictly comply with the judgment rendered by the Madurai Bench of this Court dated 31.3.2021 in W.A.(MD) No.76 of 2019 recognizing the right of the minority school. 2/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submits that respondents 5 and 6 were not able to join the petitioner school, that therefore, orders were passed subsequently and that they were now sent to some other school where they also joined duty.

3. In view of the above subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, the connected WMPs are also closed.
