PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Staff- Fixation for the year 2022-2023 dated 23.01.2023 in Na.Ka No. 4866 / AA1 / 2022 and the consequential order of deployment dated 23.01.2023 in Na.Ka.No. 4866 / AA1 / 2022 of the sole B.T. Asst (Science) based on the anomalous staff-fixation in respect of the petitioner school on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and directing the respondents to comply with the direction issued by the Honble Division Bench regarding staff-fixation deployment and compendium of schedule by its order dated 31.03.2021 in W.A.
