ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the complaint in C.No.HAS23320518 dated 24.12.2024 from the file of the 3rd respondent to some other investigation agency preferably CBCID police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Assistant Commissioner, Pallavaram to conduct the enquiry in the complaint in C.No.HAS23320518 dated 24.12.2024 and take a decision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
