This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to receive the Settlement Deed dated 18.11.2024 executed by the petitioner in favour of his parents and to register the said document. 2.Heard Mr.M.R.Dhalapathy Vignesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthick Jagannath, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.It is seen from records that the Settlement Deed was executed on 18.11.2024 and necessary procedure was also followed and the token was also generated. However, for reasons best known to the respondent, the document was not entertained.

4.The petitioner is only executing a settlement in favour of his parents and there cannot be any serious objection for the same. Hence, there shall be a direction to the respondent to entertain the document and to register the same, if it is otherwise in order.
