This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners as petitioners in the main writ petition.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner Mr.Krishnasamy since deceased, his legal heirs have come forward to file this petition to substitute them as petitioners in the main writ petition,

3. In this regard, I have heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents also.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and post the main writ petition after one week.
